Being a general contractor, CCK Builders, Inc. often relies on and values long-standing relationships with our subcontractors. Each of CCK’s subcontractors is pre-qualified to ensure they are compliant with our corporate and contractual standards. Companies interested in partnering with CCK Builders, Inc. will be asked to work with us on specific projects. Any companies that are interested in partnering with CCK on a project or projects, will be required to provide the following:

• Subcontractor Master Contract Agreement
• W-9 request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certifications
• Business License and Liability Insurance
